Monika Wawrzyczek - founder of Mystique Lashes and Mystique Training Academy
Since 2007 Monika has been involved in the beauty industry, she provided various beauty treatments, after which she found eyelash extensions and fell in love. This was the answer to all her questions. Monika completed many courses with internationally recognised trainers and took thousands of hours of practice in her salon.
Monika quickly realised that what seemed so unexpected turned into a lifelong passion and a love from the first sight. She realised that eyelash extensions not only looked amazing but also improved the client's self-esteem and made life so much easier. That was the moment when Monika decided to change lives one lash set at a time and teach others how to do the same.
In 2017, Monika decided to share her knowledge with others. She wrote her own, bespoke courses to improve the beauty industry and raise service standards. All Mystique Lashes Academy courses are accredited and recognised throughout England. Monika spends time training her students to help them elevate their knowledge and experience but also to improve their own lives.
"I believe in working hard, but that does not have to mean that life becomes hard work. I used to hate my old job and now I'm free, to see my students and clients, and live my life on my own terms. We are so fortunate to welcome more and more students every year to our Lash Family".
Monika has been awarded most recently nominated the Highly Commended Recognition Winner in The 1st Nails Brows Lashes Awards 2020 and was a finalist in Official Makeup and Beauty Awards 2018.
Monika is focused on providing the highest quality services using her own, signature products. She teaches how to give clients the most luxurious experiences. In 2019, Monika released her luxury eyelash brand, which was well received.
